ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jess D'Agostino and I'm currently a junior at the University of Michigan studying Political Science with a minor in writing. Beyond my academic aspirations of attending law school and obtaining a Juris Doctorate, my heart belongs to writing, reading, and music. I have been involved in theater for my entire life and grew up with a family who listens to everything from Bobby Darin to Beyonce.

The picture above is pretty much me in my natural habitat: post iced coffee wandering around New York City. I've lived in New Jersey for my entire life and therefore, thrive on Sunday morning everything bagels (yes, they're better in NY and NJ). I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to grow so much as a writer through this Minor in Writing class (WRI 220) and hope you enjoy taking a deep dive into my stream of consciousness.
